Our Difference
Deep ESOP Expertise
We focus on ESOP-related work—not as an add-on, but as a core specialty. We understand Department of Labor scrutiny, trustee expectations, and common valuation pitfalls.
Defensible & Transparent Work
Our reports are built to withstand review by regulators, and CPAs/auditors. Every conclusion is supported and documented.
Transaction-Oriented Perspective
We go beyond academic valuation theory. Our experience in real-world transactions allows us to evaluate structure, incentives, and risks in context.
Senior-Level Attention
Senior professionals are directly involved in every engagement—from scoping to final delivery.
